With over 30 years in sales and sales leadership positions Jay has founded Jaymar Associates to fill a need in the marketplace for a SALES consulting firm with a broad spectrum of services specifically aimed at SALES.
Jay’s experience started in the Pharmaceutical industry working for a Johnson & Johnson company as a sales representative. Building on his success in pharmaceuticals, Jay pursued other sales opportunities in the medical business.
Jay spent 17 years with Gambro Healthcare and held positions of increased responsibilities starting from a sales representative - regional manager - divisional manager - director of sales to finally VP of Sales for the Renal Care Group.
To round out Jay’s career in sales, most recently, he was Midwest Business Manager for Development Dimensions International where he spent over 7 years leading the Midwest sales team. DDI is a human resource consulting company specializing in helping corporations with Staffing, Leadership and Executive solutions.
